Lower membership dues or offer discounts for seasoned or senior members. Or maybe discount incentives for early payments.
So far everyone has been easy to access and has been very nice and helpful. fees are reasonable and website is user friendly.
My understanding is that membership is mandatory. Why would I need to recommend you? ConnectMLS is kind of a mess, full of bugs and instead of addressing the problems, you keep updating the look and feel.

There are not too many helpful training classes or seminars offered. It would be nice if there were more interesting classes for free for members since we're already paying so much.
If I have question, they are always polite,courteous & knowledgable.

The association is always easy to reach and obtain quick answers. The association also provides plenty of training options.
