No test required for classes. This allowed me personally to pay attention to the whole class, engage and participate.

I like the emails with updated information. I like the reminders of when things are due, from payments to broker renewal. Many classes are offered and that's good too. But I like the communication the best.

notify of payments due well in advance and send reminders along the way. any time i walked in there it was like i was annoying the workers. any time i have called it was the same thing. it is not a friendly welcoming feeling.
