I don't really like talking to the office staff there. They do not come across to me as friendly. I often leave feeling like I'm stupid and really inconvenienced them.
Very easy to communicate with
Ramona R. and others that support the members via telephone on short notice. A big mistake was losing Mike Manno during the merger a few years ago. Loyal people serving members make MORe good.

No test required for classes. This allowed me personally to pay attention to the whole class, engage and participate.
