It's a convenient MLS system, staffed by very easy to work with people and there are great CE classes available that benefit my career.

Too expensive compared to its value.
I think overall you dfo a good job, i just think some of the fields on the mls are just too much info that is not necessary. Mandatory laundry room size, exact dimensions of all lots rather than overall lot square footage. Many lots are iregular and you cannot just put in 2 dimensions.
Free vendor events and get togethers
The association keeps me informed of what's going on with the services. Including training, dues, fees, licenses due etc.
I'm tired of seeing a push for RPAC. In the current political climate, it more than irritates me when any penny of mine goes to a candidate who supports the current president in any way. When I see that Mainstreet is supporting a Republican candidate openly on social media, I feel like not only am I wasting my money, it's hurting my community.
