The website looks too busy to find the stuff we want...
They are very helpful and polite.
Great service and great folks to work with.
Five reasons.
1. We've only been at Real Estate for five years and there must be more back story as to why Realtors in Illinois have ceded so much ground to the lawyers. Ms. Madison was helpful in understanding quite a bit. Other instructors and people with years more experience have helped me understand too. It sounds like our lobbying was no as effective and the lawyers lobby with the legislature. I'd support more if it lead to more influence in Springfield.
2. Realist was far more effective than Remine. Remine is not as intuitive and far less useful.
3. Data downloads are too restrictive, 3000 records is simply not enough for me.
4. Integration of data sharing with other MLS's nationwide would be useful.
5. Allowing MLS fees by brokerages is misleading since there are no MLS fees. Truth in advertising.
You provided a link to the Mainstreet site to pay our bills but then once on the page you couldn't find where to pay.
It is not intuitive to page down when you're told to "log in here" and expect to find the pay site...

Lower those dues
I would give a 10 but I'm not supportive of automatically billing for RPAC on our semi and annual billings. I'm a Major investor and have called people out for not giving their fare share but this a tactic that I won't support.
You cover everything we need for our profession. Keep us updated and simply make it easy for us to be Realtors!

Mainstreet is constantly fine tuning and upgrading services to the real estate professionals. Staff and support personnel are professionals and truly concerned for the results of their efforts.

I like being able to call speak to a real live person and get answers to the question I have. Sentrilock is great too.
