Members would love to see annual dues payment moved to mid year.When activity & income are at peak. We worked so hard at LCAR to do that. But it was short lived.

I don't know that I have ever been able to resolve a problem without repeated follow up. It would be nice if calls were returned asap and follow through performed.
Sorry, I just feel like everything has to be a battle.
Twice now in the past 4 months I have had to ask for help. Unless you are lucky enough to get the right person, (one who immediately responds) you wait and wait for help and then have to continually follow up.

Membership fee is high for beginning agent. Its burden to pay so much fees.

I found the new system for scheduling classes a bit confusing. No indication that I needed to take a 2hr sexual harassment class online. There also was more clarity before as to what exactly we needed as far as classes for our license - I didn't find that this time.

Had to pay $30.00 late fee. Never got email payment due notice for yearly dues. These should have auto pay like mls fees

It more affordable with good benefits
1. Prepare new realtors better after licensing - more classes on what a realtor does - improve the professionalism, more realistic expectations. Realtors should be full-time -that would help
- instead of the weekend warrior... or the one I only help family kind. They have no idea what they are doing.
2. Have classes on homes - construction, mechanics....99% of the realtors have no Idea what they are selling. It is not all about the way a home shines to impress a client.
3. You cannot depend on the brokerages to train them properly, because now anyone one can have their own brokerage without years of experience. The Rules changed - not in a good way.
Professional, helpful. Go the extra mile in training to be most prepared for clients and different situations.

Because you don’t have enough classes I pay the same amount if not more that the agents pay at Car and they offer way more classes then you guys

The association is always updating and improving services, they stay on top of the latest technology, even though the members don't avail themselves of it.
