How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The new attempt at the tax database (Remine) supplies only basic information compared to Realist. I often need to consult the Lake County database or call the Lake County Treasurer for information. Thankfully, I know Holly Kim, but all the Realtors in Lake County can't be calling her because of a shortfall in our own software.

Who's brother-in-law sold us the abbreviated Remine system?

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

MORe waited until 3 pm on the date that semi-annual dues were due to send an email saying the date was extended. IDFPR extended their renewal date couple weeks before that. It feels very shady and underhanded. You waited until 3 pm on the due date so most agents would have already paid by then.

I can usually get all my questions answered when I call or stop by. Its great to have classes offered at different locations, just don't always have time to go.

I think this association provides little to their members...unlike CAR. There seem to be lots of awards that are given out to the same few people... lots of monies on celebrations again for the same folks constantly.

Too many programs aimed at inexperienced agents but paid for by all. Also inane content on a few I’ve attended with no response to negative reviews
