Training department people & course offerings are the second to none.
The fees and dues are rising but the services are declining, especially the mls. Our clients are steady using Zillow and Redfin to search homes because it’s more user friendly and updated. The mls is behind the times with technology and it’s makes us look bad as Realtors. The MLS is an embarrassment and this is what we pay for.

If I have ever had any questions, I am able to reach out to MORe and receive a prompt and friendly response. I also think the website is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Professionalism
Very high fees for everything. Charging $75 fee for "No-Show" to training/class. I have to take 2 days off from my day job to go through this training. There are no other options. These should be recorded and allowed people to watch when time allows - weekend, evening, etc. If you're worried about people not paying attention, add a quiz in the end.
