How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

If you could explain that a realtor is not required to pay the additional $15 on the March invoice, that would have been extremely helpful.

The staff and the CEO are top notch. They are obviously very caring and professional at the same time. The opportunities to utilize the many educational programs, classes and networking events (in the normal world) are astounding. This is my "professional family".
