What do you like about our association services?

The entire staff represents the Gold Standard of associations! Now I may be biased since I have only been with MORe since 1994, but I know if I need support, I can pick up the phone and get help within a day. They have staff who have been there as long as I have had my license. That shows a great work environment.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My board has done nothing to prevent Mred from selling us out. I get a listing it goes on Realtor.com. Anyone interested in MY listing goes to another agent or broker..The fees for MRED are going up. I am a independent, only the big brokerages will survive. My dad did real estate, he was very successful, because he was honest and did not have to endure the rules that exist today. There is a lot of things wrong with the industry. the way the banks handle the foreclosures was a crime. They stole peoples homes and livelihood. Thanks for letting me vent...

I am neutral. The only thing I need and use from Succeed with MoRE is MLS. So in effect the roughly $1000 I send you a year is just for that. Agent # 84911

In the past paying a portion of the MLS fees was allowed, now only the full sum can be paid. The Dec fees are the most and due days before X-mas.
