When you have a question, always friendly and get you answers. I can't say enough about the people who work at our association.
I like that every time I contact the office by phone, if someone does not answer the department, I always receive a call back. When they call back, they are very informative, have the information I need, or can direct me where to find it.
I also appreciate the automated "dues" reminders, by phone. I don't always look at my account when I am on the MORe site, so Thank You Very MUCH.

I'm actually a newer agent. Licensed in 2020. But whenever I would call MOR, Patty has always been consistent in offering correct information. So if I ever need ANYTHING, I'm calling her. I also like that it feels like it's a small office, even though it probably isn't. The customer service is awesome and makes me feel like they know who I am, when I'm sure they don't. :-)
My husband is with CAR, and when I need to call them on his behalf, I NEVER feel like this, AND, I get conflicting information if I'm asking a question, which is very frustrating.
There is a concerted, ongoing effort to improve services. Good communication and response to member concerns

It is frustrating to go through a automated answering system when you call and eventually be sent to a voice mail. I pay a lot of money for your services. Please answer the phone.
Everything good - I was impressed that Tom Joseph was able to fight with Village of Harvey to get things done with minimum time involve...that was really awesome thus I spoke to them on several occasions and they would not waive outstanding water bill even when they were absolutely wrong and he was able to get it resolved right away. I wish that we could do something about the rental requirements where the landlords have to pay money to the municipalities to register their rental properties and pay/order rental inspections....I just feel that is a way to generate revenue and there is nothing for the landlord just to make the landlords to raise the rent thus they have to pay a fee thus they own a property....there is just no logic to it...only I guess a way how to generate more money from people.
