Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous and respectful. My stylist. Eva couldn’t do a better job. She’s excellent. Also, the store at College Park is always clean and welcoming.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. There are several of the stylist that I trust to cut my hair. It’s always a very clean environment and very well run. Wendy does a great job running the facility and has great employees. Both Francesca and Daryl Do an incredible job as well. I will continue to go back as long as they are there. I really like the new barber chairs as well.

There has a been a shift in culture at the Kingwood-Lake Houston store for the last few months that makes it hard to return, no matter how inexpensive your haircuts are and how convenient your location is — I live in walking distance and we don’t have a lot of hairdressers in the area that can compete with your price point. Personally, I received a terrible haircut and customer service from a new woman in August, only to find out that she’s the manager. I didn’t say anything but didn’t return for months. This month, when I attempted to return after that initial experience, I was disappointed and frustrated by her poor customer service, inability to read the room and non-verbal communication. I didn’t allow her to cut my hair but she attempted to rectify my haircut that was just completed by another woman in the store.
I’d like to personally speak with an owner, operator or district manager. This woman does not belong at Kingwood Sport Clips. She does not reflect the mission and vision of your brand and she will kill any profit you might be making.

I always get a very good cut from any Sport Clips stylist and I really like the VIP treatment. Jackie did an excellent cut for me this week and followed my instructions. I will be booking with Jackie on my future cuts.
