I came in for the first time ever and the price was not what I was expecting it was less than a 5 minute shave on the side of my head with 3 lines that was an extra $7 and cut was $10 so $18 for 5 minutes and i had to put a tip even though I was not there long enough because the machi e won't let you bypass tip option.hmmmmmm not sure. She was an awesome staff member a d treated me kindly but I'm not sure if I'll return.

I see Iris exclusively at the Center St. in Deer Park location. She always has a good attitude and is happy to see me. She cut my hair and trims my beard perfectly each visit.
For the SC experience, it's nice to be able to use the app to see wait times, who is working and getting in line so when I show up I don't have to wait in store for too long.
One change to the app could be the ability to search via stylist name. Sometimes they work more than one location and for me, I would drive to another location to see my normal stylist if it wasn't that far away.
