I've stopped getting my haircut as often because it no longer feels like an enjoyable experience. I realize it's not a barber shop, just it costs the same for my haircut as a barber. The wait times are inaccurate and makes me put off getting haircuts. I used to enjoy the luxury of getting trimmed up every 2-3 weeks, and I always felt sharp. There's been a few occasions where I showed up and it was an hour plus wait and the store wasn't full. The online bookings filled the board. Got no real clue if or how long it will take to get my hair cut.

The customer service and attention to detail that Natalie gives each one of her customers is above and beyond, that’s why I keep coming back. She makes the sports clips experience worth it, and her attitude is so uplifting and positive that sometimes if I’m having a horrible day, she turns it around and makes me feel like not giving up on anything I’m trying to accomplish.

The salon upcharged for the VIP services even though I only got a haircut, and the stylist did a horrible job on my hair. Will NEVER be returning to that location

Only two employees and neither one could do a Mohawk. One said in 13 years she probably should know how. All she had to do I'd follow the existing line up top. But I will give her points for being honest about it up front. Unfortunately I went to this location before and had some issues with the stylist not listening and being rude. I thought I'd give yall another shot but no luck. Pretty crazy one of the two most popular haircuts Mohawk and mullet couldn't be done. Also no greetings when I walked in.
