Quick and efficient.
My hair was not cut enough and I did not notice until I was home. I am coming in today to get it fixed and it better be free to fix
Eva is great
The hair stylist absolutely did not do what I asked her to do. She basically freestyled it on my head. I was shocked when I walked out and saw she did in better lighting. My hair is impossible to get into a style every day because of what she did. Offer me a free haircut at a different location to fix what she did.

NIce location with great staff. Hair stylist was very attentive to how I asked to have my hair done.

I received a bad haircut from a girl at the Valley Ranch store. She doesn’t know how to do a high n tight haircut even though she said she does. I paid $22.00 plus a tip, as I am a generous person, but I will not ever return to that store or any other Sports Cuts at this time. Luckily for me, my hair will grow back.

WORST SCGEDULING APP EVER TO GET AN APPOINYMENT

I have a few inches of undercut. Ima female with long hair. My hair was in a bun. I frequent sport clips all over the city of houston and usually charged for a bears trim and I tip graciously.
The gal in the second chair on right charged me a full 25.00 for a less than 5 min trim. She also didnt hand me a mirror. The lines were not straight around my neck and the hairs were many different lengths. Upon check our I was shocked when she gave me the total. She said thats how it is here. I didnt want to make a scene so I paid and tipped almost $30 for something that took 5 to 7 min. I did call back and ask for a correction but the clippers are too big for my head? I called the customer service line and sent an email about a partial refund. Never heard from franchisee nor sport clips. Bummer.

I like being able to select my stylist and that fact that my stylist has been at this location for a while.
Mellisa is fantastic, her work is always perfect and listens to the customer to deliver desired haircut results. She is always cheerful and a pleasure to converse with during f the haircut process.
Service industry needs more people like her dealing with customers.

The convenience. For me, your location in the Heights in convenient, walking distance from my house. I visit Sports Clips when my regular barber cannot see me. Tami is always there to help me out. She is able to fulfill my request and is very professional and pleasant. She is my barber at Sports Clip. Cool lady!
Maria is very attentive to my subtle instructions about hair length, part locations, etc. very nice demeanor as well.

The services provided by Morgan and Andrea at the Atascocita location in Texas are the reason I keep coming back as a returning customer. Both of these stylists always have a reservation line for at least an hour, which tells you others will agree with me. These two need a promotion or a raise.

Employee retention and prices. My Son is 12 and i cost $25.00 to cut the little bit of hair he has. At least send periodic coupons. And there is always a new person cutting my Son's hair.
However, for the most part they have always been friendly and the app is very convenient.
