Tell your app developers to quit trying to improve the app every 6 months or so because each time they make it worse!!!! Tell them to think like a paying customer and not like a technician!!! We… the customer needs confirmation when scheduling with a favorite hair stylist. Also, do not keep the customer from scheduling even if it is over an hour wait!!!!!!

Stylists are professional and polite. My haircuts, even from different stylists, are consistent and what I ask for. Your website to sign in online needs work. It is not user friendly, even though I have used it dozens of times. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to sign in online.
