The primary reason for my return is Giselle. I can even add that another reason for me continuing to return is Maria makes me laugh when she is vacuuming. I play as though she sucked my foot into the vacuum and it always startles her making me and Giselle laugh.

I had a horrible experience and left with an even worse haircut at the location at kuykendahl and woodlands parkway. I did survey for that experience through the survey email I received. As for this survey - my regular girl, Kimmie, took her time and fixed it perfectly. She listened to what happened and was apologetic even though it was different store. She even did a shampoo and hot towel to relax me. Then at checkout she didn't even charge me because I'd paid for the bad haircut. I tipped her well as she deserved every bit of it. Thanks
I'm only writing this to alert you of this one-off issue I had at this location. I usually go to another location but didn't today. I'll always make the effort going forward!
I was in a hurry and this location was close and had a zero wait time. I signed in and jasmin cane to get me. I'm sure she's a very nice person but she was very shy and very hard to communicate with as she spoke very softly and did not make eye contact, etc. It was uncomfortable to be honest. I explained what I wanted and she got started. She was litterally kind of hacking away with the clippers haphazardly it seemed. She got to a part at the back top of my head and was very puzzled. She kept sutting and cutting but kept stepping back and looking at it. Finally she said she messed up and couldn't figure it out and got another lady to come over. She ran the clipper a time or two while explaining to Jasmin (who i gathered was new at this) and then just walked off. Now I'm nervous about the outcome of my haircut. I didn't want to be rude and get up so I stayed. She finally said she was finished and asked me what I thought. I just said thanks and paid and left asap. I drove straight to my regular location (242 and i-45) and they immediately recognized and greeted me. I told me regular girl, Kimmie, and the manager about the experience I had. Kimmie 'fixed' it by evening it out, fading it in, etc and it looks 100% better. A little shorter than I initially intended but it looks way better than wh a t I walked out of the first time with.
Again, I'm not asking for anything at all, just letting you know as a franchisee, owner, etc. so you can address the issue as I'm certain it wasn't just me being too picky. I don't want anyone getting fired, etc but Jasmin is not a good fit for that position. Not being rude but it seems she may have issues (I have 2 special needs grandsons). If not, I apologize and if so, I'm not shaming or looking down, etc. Again, just not a great customer service type representative besides the hair cut inexperience too. In contrast, the other store- the girls all know their regulars, have great customer service and attitudes, and above all are excellent cutting hair and pay close attention to detail. Kimmie took her time fixing me up and gave me a great shampoo and hot towel and didn't even charge me because of the bead experience! I did tip her well though!
