Friendly service with a smile. Detailed invoices with notes every step of the way, very helpful for being able to talk with anyone in the shop about my bike while it was getting repaired!

Helpful and knowlegable staff. Good variety of bike supplies. Honest about pricing and called me when the repairs would cost more than the original quote. Staff took time out to help me put my bike in my car when they were already busy with customers.
