Good selection & advice - service was great.
Very personable and accommodating when we had to pick up a bike a few minutes before closing. We called ahead and they were very nice and in the store we didn't feel rushed. It was especially nice having two little kids with us who can make things a bit more difficult!
I gave them my bike and when I went to pick it up it was smooth. The bike felt great as soon as I got on.

I have a very old Cannondale mountain bike that I love. The bike had a flat tire and had not been serviced since before COVID. I called and asked whether I could bring the bike in. They said I had to go online and schedule a service appointment. That was quite easy to do, though quite a long wait, about three weeks. I think that is because there are so many customers and they want to give really good service. I even had a courtesy reminder of when to bring the bike in a day before the appointment.
I asked that they give the bike a THOROUGH tune-up. It really needed attention. They emailed me when the bike was ready, about a week later.
Marblehead Cycle did a fantastic job! My 25-year old bike is humming with new life. And they even cleaned it so it almost looks like new. I would definitely tell anyone wanting service on their bike to go to Marblehead Cycle.

I like to have a local bike shop where I can quickly pop in and get stuff, from bells, over tires, cassettes, to tools and lots of other things. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and helpful.
