I originally only went in to purchase a bike pump so I could continue my ride(and good to have anyway). I spent 5-10 minutes talking with Frank who answered all my questions about the pain I was experiencing riding. In a few short minutes he determined my frame was too large for my height and helped me trade in my bike for a brand new one which I can't wait to ride!
