My wife and I went in to MHD Cycle on Saturday to purchase new hybrid/gravel bikes. Frank spent nearly an hour with us, explaining different bikes, features, and appropriate sizing. We each purchased a bike and accessories, Frank’s help and expertise was tremendous!

I enjoy and do my own bike maintenance. Marblehead Cycle is a welcoming, no pressure, and helpful place with attentive staff where I can usually find the new parts and expendable items that I need, like derailleur cables, tube sealant or a seat. That owner Dan Shulman got his start in this shop as a kid is pretty cool. His is a lifelong love affair with everything bicycle related! His recent return to Marblehead from Salem has quickly made him an important contributing member of our small town and especially to its cycling community.
Great supply of cleaners tools and accessories on the shop.And the service was excellent very polite and helpful. Very nice shop and some beautiful e bikes. I have a quiet kat that is for off road and hunting they won’t service because they don’t sell it. Which is understandable being in business myself I get it. Everything you need to work on your bike is pretty much in that shop.
I like that things are usually fairly fast and that you offer a wide variety of products.
