I had been taking my old bike to Salem Cycle for a few years and just recently bought a new bike at Marblehead cycle. You guys have been quite patient in answering my questions both at the time of purchase of my new bike and when I brought it in for a flat. Appreciate all your help!

Incredibly helpful and courteous the staff took my four bikes in for service and were genuinely interested in going above and beyond on a rainy busy day.
