Doing business with Marblehead Cycle has been a pleasure, from having a question answered, having the bike serviced, or just adjusted, or buying an item all are done with a smile. Dan, helped me upgrade my helmet and patiently let me try several on until I found the one I wanted to take home. And Dan was willing to pick up my bike when I did not want to try to jam it into my tiny car trunk where it hangs out with the lid open as I drive and every bump is scary. It is a plus to have such a great, well-run cycle service, repair and sales shop conveniently located right in town.

I went for help picking out a product. I was hoping for expert recommendations to help make a decision and that's exactly what I got. And the staff did not just tell me to buy the most expensive one. I purchased a set of front and rear strobe lights so I can be more visible. The staff told me which products everyone is using and what is tried and true quality
The service is great. Folks who work there are friendly, make good on what is decided (Work and $), and go a step further. If they see a problem with your bike, they will discuss it and allow you to decide whether to act on it or not.
The brands sold and service provided is consistently great which is difficult to come by these days and much appreciated.
