Very helpful! I came in with very limited bike knowledge and I feel like they didn't treat me like a 'newbie'-they helped me pick the right bike and gear for my needs and for my budget. I am happy to have such a nice place to go to ask questions and get new gear, that is not a big box store. I feel like their prices and selection are within a great range so you can go as high or as mid as you need for your budget. I will be back again!

The customer service and shop local! We have purchased all of our bikes from you over the years, 5 kids and 2 adults now we are shopping for our grandson! If one of the kids bikes broke down while they were riding around town, we always said, “ride it or walk it to the bike shop and we will meet you there.” We always knew the bike shop would take care of our kids. My wife and I went in to MHD Cycle on Saturday to purchase new hybrid/gravel bikes. Frank spent nearly an hour with us, explaining different bikes, features, and appropriate sizing. We each purchased a bike and accessories, Frank’s help and expertise was tremendous!
I got a flay next to shubies, and Dan promply chained the tube and I was on my way in 20 minutes--great service!!
