I had to replace the tires and tubes for a bike, and the staff was super helpful with the items needed and instructions. One of the the tubes ended up being defective, and they replaced it and even installed it to make sure the replacement wasn't defective.

On both of my visits the entire staff was very helpful and friendly going above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed. On my second trip, I believe the man’s name was Frank, even took the time to pull up google maps on his computer and show me some cool trails to check out. Excellent customer service!!
