Great service, awesome technicians, and amazing results.
The technician went through all my options and what to expect when he arrived. He also helped me understand pet odors/stains and the process to get them clean. As a bonus, he has as able to get out a nail polish stain that was 6 months old! The customer service was very friendly. My carpets and sofa smell fresh and clean w/out offensive perfumes. I will be using zerorez for future cleanings!!

I like that the cleaning lasts longer because there is no left over residue. I did experience a pronlem this time however. I have a pot of mums on my front porch & the technician ran his hoses over them & broke them. I would have happily moved thr pot if I had know it was in the way. I will try to send pictures.
