When I called zerorez for an appointment for they gave me an accurate quote over the phone and scheduled it as soon as I wanted. Their employees were very professional. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home while they worked. They call to let me know when they were on their way and when they were almost done. The carpets came out great and they even got a tough stain out! I will definitely use them again!

I like the beautiful carpets when the job is finished. The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were thorough and fast. Zerorez is the only company that has cleaned my carpets since I got them installed. They are the only company I plan to ever have clean my carpets. I like not having residue in my home from chemicals etc.
