I had a sofa and love seat cleaned and they missed a couple of spots. When I told them they sent a service person to redo it and it looks good again. No questions asked. They did a great job and guarantee their work. I only noticed the missing spots after it dried. Thank you. Happy with the results and would definitely recomend them to friends and family.

Taylor did a tremendous job with the carpet. We own a condo that we bought 2 years ago so we will have a place to live when we get older. We had rented it out to a lady that had two cats and a dog--the carpet didn't smell very good. Taylor when over it twice and did a good job, but after it dried it still had a small order to it--so he came back and did it for the third time at no charge. The carpet cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. The carpets were beautiful afterwards and were so quick to dry. With two kids running around, it was very helpful to have it all done so quickly!
