Cleaning our carpets made a world of difference to the look of our bedroom and family room. We can put off replacing the bedroom carpet for a few more years. It was a fairly quick process. Drying took about 8 hours.

Efficient professional and attention to detail
The best part of my Zerorez experience was talking with Taylor. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and worked very hard. My upholstery looked great when Taylor finished. I was a tad disappointed that there were three areas that didn't look completely clean on my carpet when he finished.. (Could it possibly be that I left it too long before I cleaned those areas?) Taylor went over and over the area to see if he could make it look better. Granted, these areas look a lot better than they did. I appreciated his extra effort. I am pleased with my Zerorez experience.
