I have waited to make my remarks due to wicking, other dirt resurfacing rather quickly, how easy it is to clean up a mess or spill etc.
I feel very comfortable to make my remarks at this time:
1. Your employee, Seth, if I remember correctly, was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!
2. I have had no wicking and my carpet is old. Problems showing up quickly soil, clean-up etc. have not happened. I am very pleased.
3. I have a spouse who has had a severe stroke and requires clean-up food spills etc. I purchased your protectant and clean-up has been marvelous. Spills come up easily and looks very good.

I use Zerorez at our 10 rental homes and our personal home. They always do a great job! Their technicians and great and take time to ask questions about stains, and give suggestions. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaner!

They did a good job and the guys were real nice and friendly.
I especially liked that the technician called me to let me know of some of a couple of areas he had tried really hard to clean but spots just wouldn't come up. Most I was already aware of and had been there for a while. But I appreciated that effort had been given to try and get them out. I like that the carpet feels really clean without any residue left. The technician told me he had put blowers on the downstairs carpet while he cleaned the upstairs, and I thought that was especially great because the downstairs takes so long to dry. By the time I got home later in the afternoon, if anything was still damp, it was only slightly damp. High traffic areas look better than they've looked in years. I just really appreciate the attention and hard work. Thanks!

The vents in our home had never been cleaned when we bought it. When he cleaned out our furnace ducts and air return vents and the dryer vent we noticed a difference in the heat movement in our home and the smell was even better.
