Everything about Zerorez was done with kindness and professionalism. I have had other carpet cleaners but none have left my house smelling or looking as clean. They were careful with my furniture and hard wood floors, wore protective shoes, and even used fans in some areas to help dry time speed up. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

My carpet is clean! There are no trails through the carpet. It made the difference between having it cleaned or replaced. The technician had everything done in about 1 1/2 hours. A chair, a loveseat and carpet. Little blocks under the legs of the furniture to prevent marks.
It's so easy to schedule and change appointments. Zerorez is very flexible in meeting our needs. They are fast and do a great job. They are always prompt in coming at the scheduled time and call us when they are 10 minutes away from coming to our house. Many times they have been early which is always a plus. The carpet was dry that evening in most areas of the house. We will definitely be using them again!
They process is excellent. I appreciated the protective devices that were used to guard against damage. I love that there is no residue and it dries quickly. The technician was also very knowledgeable about processes and other services.
The technician was friendly. My carpets were really bad, and I had hoped to replace them this year, but was unable to. I told him that, and showed him some of the worst spots. I told him I didn't have high hopes, but he did a fantastic job. My carpets don't look new, because they were old and gross, but they look 100 times better than they did. I love that! I am thrilled with the results!

It got some really really dark spot out of the carpet. I liked that the tech said if we notice that the spot shows up some, he would come back and treat it again. He was great and very pleasant. Thank you, it's great to be spotless once again.
