We used Zerorez to clean the carpets in one of our apartments. The carpet in the main family room area had some dark stains that kept reappearing when we would clean the carpets ourselves, but since using Zerorez (our first time about a year ago), those dark stains have not reappeared. Zero Rez was so great to fit us in last minute! They scheduled us 3 times in 2 days, due to MY scheduling mistakes! Emily was so kind and great to work with! I love the fresh citrus smell, and my carpets were dry within hours. As a person who just moved for the 15th time in 10 yrs, they really did their best to fit me in, and my carpets look and smell great! The poor guy even had to wait while I arranged for someone to open the house and he was so kind! I highly, HIGHLY recommend zero Rez, and would not go with anyone else!

I really like the idea that the cleaning does not leave soapy residue in my carpet to collect dirt. The carpet does stay cleaner longer. It dries faster also. It is reasonably priced. I appreciate that the company was started by women looking for better carpet cleaning options. Your employee was very polite and friendly.

It was done very fast and they did go back over the high traffic areas so I was pleased. Looks great.
