It was easy to get an appointment . When the technician came he explained everything and then went to work. He put up protection for the wall edges. To clean two very good sized rooms he was here only an hour. I had had a puppy and so there were spots go give extra attention and it cleaned it nicely. My carpets look and smell very clean. I highly recommend Zerorez!

The men who clean the carpet are always professional and polite and do a very good job cleaning. My carpet always dries faster than with other carpet cleaners I have used. I have used them before and will use them again. My carpets always look clean even though they are older.
