I waited five years to finally get our carpets clean and was happy to have it done right before Christmas. Your staff worked around our holiday travels so I would be able to leave town right after and not have my littles running all over the wet carpets. Then when I came back home I noticed a spot I never told you about and assumed would just be taken care of in a normal cleaning. When it wasn't I let you know about it, and you immediately came back just to clean that one spot at no charge.
