Really happy with the results! We do have a suggestion for the large corrugated hose. When it was brought into the house it had dirt on the hose that was brought into the house. It did leave some dried pieces of dirt on the clean wet carpet which we quickly picked up so there wasn't a problem. We were happy with the young man that cleaned our carpet, but he went faster over the carpet than was done previously. We like the job he did but wonder if it would have been better to go slowly. We will definitely use zerorez again and we are happy with the job he did because it is very much improved and the carpet is 25 years old. Thanks again for the service.
