I like the friendly staff, the number of amenities available to the members and hours have been extended on the weekends.
I enjoy body pump and yoga at 8 and 9am. All of the staff are friendly, well trained, and professional.

I especially like the Active Older Adults classes. The instructors are great! I also appreciate having use of the equipment on the second floor. The pool is really nice too!

I like the Pilates with Jamisue. She is energetic and encouraging. I come regularly because she creates an exercise environment where we can also make friends.

I enjoy the Les mills classes but especially the instructors!! I have been instructed by Christine B, Merie, Melissa, Jodi and sometimes Laurie. I do like the ability to take classes at other Ys when ours get busy. I think our Y has different abilities for different people. My needs are being met.. I do hope to sign up for monthly stretching
