the gym is great, wish the coffee would be on longer.
I'm not sure i have enough words! Let's start with these: staff, instructors, programs, flexibility, convenience, safety, and more.
Pool
I love tge classes especially senior, les Mills core & barre
Flexible scheduling
I like the steam room. Just wish the men’s had better benches, but it is okay. The morning maintenance guy does a good job keeping the locker rooms clean.
I like the variety of group exercise classes at the Y and at the church.
Swimming programs for kids is very good
A fun friendly open atmosphere surrounded by fitness oriented people.
Spin, Pilates, body sculp, soul fudion
Friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff. Clean facility. Training equipment is in good condition.
Instructors and so many classes
Great that you continually add/replace equipment when worn out (ie: ropes for universal machines).
Could always use another portable incline bench as they are always in high demand.
All the great instructors.
Varied! Access easy
Love the adult morning fitness classes. The trainers are amazing and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
I appreciate your am classes as many of my older friends volunteer after noon and do not want late afternoon activity. I do have a suggestion re people entering a class in motion and returning and or getting equipment for another class. All it takes is for one member to either kick entering member or to b distracted while holding weights etc.
Fun and worthwhile
I especially like how it's included in my medicare Advantage plan.
Insructors!!! Jen S and rosemary are really great!
