Enjoy the floor & machines and new weights and new green area for stretching and new wall of mirrors to check proper posture - makes the place look huge!
Would love it if hours were extended to 10pm again on weekdays

Classes are incredible. Lots of selection-best in SRQ - and terrific instructors. Everyone a Palmer Ranch cares about us & we adore them. Don’t honestly know what I’d do without them.
Love the active older adult classes with Jen and Rosemary (yoga).
Also love the barre class that Jen teaches, m, w, and f.
The teachers truly can make a class more enjoyable.
