The instructors are very knowledgeable in their field of exercise. They are concerned about our well being and will modify an exercise if the client is having difficulty.

I enjoy the group adult exercise classes because of the instructors, the music and the varied ages of the students. It’s fun. I haven’t been in town this year as much as previously and let the desk staff know this and w s’told that my account would be credited. I am wondering if it is. Yesterday I saw a debit for $50 from the YMCA.
I’ll be returning from working out of town tomorrow, August 6th and attending classes on Thirsdaybthe 7th.

Night classes starting at 5:30. Appreciate access to the YMCA360 app on the TV in the group exercise room. Would like to see if the Les Mills app can be added for use on the TV as well with the virtual instructor led version.

I enjoy the classes….body pump ,yoga, spin, sculpt and stretch. All the instructors are competent, energetic and friendly. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and always ready to help with anything you are need. Lastly, I especially love the members who soon become friends. Even though the Y is a large organization it lends the feeling of a small home town community.
Lots of variety for all ages. I can do activities with my child.
