We have excellent instructors. We could use more 5lb and 6 lb weights in the aerobic room.
don't use them
We have not been in any of the programs but they look interesting. We like the large open-ness and the availability of many treadmills. We always receive a friendly greeting and farewell.

I love the weight room and the variety of equipment. Also there are some truly wonderful staff.
