I like the size of the gym. Ground floor and 2nd floor. New mirrors are a great addition. Last time I was in the locker room it was very clean. I like the weight equipment. (Free weights and machines).

All of it! Especially the chance for contrast therapy in the saunas which are good for overall health & circulation! We just wish the hours were open longer at least once or twice a week, until 10pm, so we gave the chance to come after our busy schedule & 3kids
You have evening classes for people that work during the day. Adding a Monday or Wednesday Zumba or Pound class would be great
The instructors for the group classes are great. Christine and Lisa are exceptionally motivational!
Yoga
I have been a member for 22 years. I started in the old building. Your instructors are the best and the variety of classes are wonderful. There is some kind of workout for everyone.

The walking track and indoor pool
Alot of equipment, pleasant staff and very comfortable cool temperatures in the gym.
I love all the water arobics classes . I needed food and the food pantry helped me . The people who work there are very nice . I went to one lunch and learn it was very informative I am glad I went . The differences between I Phone and Android

Have programs for all ages, from kids to seniors. I enjoy the chair yoga class. Keeps me moving and very knowledgeable and personable instructor.
