I knew that I had Madison to the right place when I was greeted by the friendliest people who had a "dog person" shirt on. I enjoyed how treated her with such consideration, instead of looking at her like another number. This was the first time we took Madison to daycare and she had the best time of her life!

Had a recent meet and greet and as amazed by the staff in their kindness, passion for their work and how they know every single dog name and their respective behaviors. That alone is comforting to know that the staff take time to learn about the dogs they care for and to add a custom plan for each. My dog Lucky seemed to have a great them there and came home

The friendly and responsive service. The care and attention I know our pup is getting at every visit. When we say "Dogtopia" to our pup he starts squeaking and wagging his tail. The only minor suggestion I have is ensuring there is someone at the front desk at all times. There have been a couple occasions when I've arrived to drop-off or pick-up and have had to wait for 5-10 minutes before someone returned to the desk to help. On one occasion I waited 15 minutes so I left and came back later.

It’s great you are open 7 days a week and long hours. Your facility is exceptionally clean and I love that my dog does not smell like urine when he comes home. We have used other day cares for my other dog and she would be absolutely soaked in urine and smell. The only issue is that my dog can no longer go because he is not neutered because we have a contract with our breeder that he can not be neutered until 12 months and our vet is also adamant about that. Current research shows that male dogs should not be neutered until the growth plates close. We neutered my other dog early and had orthopedic issues and I am not making the mistake with our puppy. Your current policy is archaic regarding research on when dogs should be neutered. I would also like to cameras to be on all day, including nap time. Aside from that everything has been excellent.

Our dog seems to go in without too much effort and I like being able to check up on him on the webcam. I just wish he didn't look quite as sad as he often stands by one of the doors as though he can't wait to go home. For the most part we are very happy to have this friendly, safe place available for times when we need a place for our pup to stay!

Great staff, friendly and caring. Always know my dog is in good hands whether its a daycare day or overnight boarding. I recommend Dogtopia Chester Springs to anyone who asks about where i take my dog for daycare and/or boarding.
The staff are very responsive and enthusiastic about what they do! They were able to help us with a last minute request to get our puppy comfortable and ready for boarding on short notice. We were very happy with how everything worked out!

Everyone was great - very helpful and informative and clearly knowledgable about dogs. I would feel comfortable leaving my pups there. I really like the webcam and that you can see there is a human interacting the dogs - that is really a plus. Thanks!
