I like that there was always a human in the room with all the dogs. Having access to a WebCam was an added bonus! During the holidays, there were a lot of extra fun things for the dogs to do - photos of Santa, craft projects, letters to Santa, etc. All staff members were always very friendly, and the place was kept very clean.

I love a lot of things. I feel like my dog is well cared for. The hours are great and I live having the app to facilitate appointments. I appreciate the grooming and boarding and the ease of setting that up as well. Every person I have met there has also been absolutely wonderful!
The Navy Yard dogtopia staff is amazing - led by Angel. We love bringing our pup there multiple times a week and know he is in good hands!

Personally, the location is perfect for me! It’s very close to my apartment and my office. Additionally, the staff has been so helpful and sweet to my pup. I love that I can also check on him through the webcam if I’m thinking about him throughout the day too!

Love it! Everyone is knowledgeable and kind./ The place looks and smells clean, which is important to me. And the handlers actually watch the dogs, rather than being on their phones.
We love Dogtopia Tysons! It gives our high energy pup the playtime she needs to thrive. The staff are all wonderful and I love watching the cameras and seeing all the special moments with her coaches.
