The staff really makes the whole experience great always making sure to be kind and attentive to our pup. The cameras always being on is also great to make sure we can see our girl while we are away.
Everyone is so friendly and attentive. As a typical dog mom I love the photo/theme days.

We love Dogtopia - Navy Yard! Our 1 y/o Great Dane LOVES coming here. We enjoy watching her on the webcams as she plays with other dogs and attempts to get pets from staff members. The staff is super friendly and they take such good care of our Willow. They also do a great job cutting her nails. She's generally finicky with people, but she seems to love the staff here. She acts like this place is a second home. 10/10 recommend!
We can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia Navy Yard. The care, patience, and genuine affection they show our pup, Griff, means the world to us. It’s clear the staff really takes the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs, and Griff always comes home happy and well cared for. Knowing he’s in such capable and compassionate hands gives us total peace of mind. We’re so grateful to have a place we trust this much—highly recommend to any dog parent.

Staff is very kind and caring.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The dogs are separated by size; this is good because small dogs can inadvertently get hurt playing and trying to keep up with the "big dogs." The dogs take daily naps! This is crucial, as dogs need time to decompress. They enforce that here, which is good. They offer spa treatment with baths and grooming. My dog gets it all in one place, and they do a great job with it. They have a good over night boarding system. And, finally, I like the web streaming option to see what my dog is up to. 🙂
The ease and flexibility to book daycare and boarding. My dogs really enjoy their time there.
The people! They are awesome! Our Honey gets all excited when we get to the front of the building and pulls me up stairs! She enjoys the interaction with the other dogs, comes home afterward eats dinner sits with us for about an hour then goes off to bed. GREAT DAY!!
I love how the staff are so great with the dogs.
I don't love how he smelled like urine again this time. The last two visits, he didn't.
Dogtopia Yorktown have friendly staff to both fur babies and fur parents.
It gives us great peace of mind that our babies are safe when we leave them for the day or to board with Dogtopia.

I like the flexibility of choosing the days of the week that are best for us and our dog. I also like the friendly people who work there.
It is obvious that everyone who works there loves dogs! My pup gets so excited when you sees that we are pulling up to Dogtopia and she comes back exhausted. So, I know that she has an awesome time while she is there!
I like seeing how happy my dog is when I turn in on the webcam.
Dogtopia is the best kennel anyone can ever use for their they’re furry family members!! the staff there is beyond amazing. They are caring, communicative, diligent, professional, friendly, and loving.Papi was there for nine days and I received updates daily as well as pictures. While watching the webcam while I was away, it was clear Papi was well taken care of, and the staff was so attentive and loving. They followed every specific instruction I gave them, and I love the fact that somebody’s there with them overnight I have used Dogtopia for over five years and I’ve never had a problem. All I’ve seen is the staff do an exceptional job taking care of Papi and they continue to provide an amazing service.
We always know that Luna is well cared for.

My 6 month old puppy loves going to Dogtopia. He is always running and walking around. He also made few buddies there.
After he started going there his temperament towards other dogs have become much better.

My pup Willoughby loves Dogtopia of Navy Yard. He pulls me in every morning and comes home tuckered out from playing with his friends. And I love knowing he is safe and having fun while I am at work. From picture days, to treats, to spa services, Dogtopia really helps us keep a good routine with a dose of fun every week.

Staff is GREAT. Very accommodating. Treat all pets with respect and love. You never have to worry about your pet being there or staying over. Most importantly, my Baron always goes in happy and comes out happy.
