They treat my dog very well (even though I know he can be a pain)! . I can check in by watching the livestream throughout the day. They’ve allowed me to bring my dog early on RARE occasions that I had an early flight to get to, and they were happy to do so- didn’t act “put out” AT ALL!!!! They are diligent to remove a dog from the group at the first sign of illness! They never hesitate to send me a quick text when they need to communicate with me! I’m very appreciative for the piece of mind I have when Henry is in their care!

Everyone is so friendly and kind! I’ve always been hesitant about doggy day care but I am very much at ease when I drop Rosie off. She loves it! Always excited to go in the morning and happy when she comes home!
Our intro visit was very thorough and transparent. We were given a tour of the facility and saw all the spaces. The manager and the other young woman working the desk were very kind. We also love your extended hours, including weekend daycare hours. Provides an option for us which we greatly appreciate!

Dogtopia is our dog’s favorite place because the staff is so outstanding. They treat her as if she is their own pet and she loves them. She especially enjoys all the special events and activities that are scheduled. We love them because they are so accommodating and helpful. They are animal experts and always have good ideas on how to resolve pet issues, such as dog socialization. Prices are reasonable and we know she’s always safe and happy there. We highly recommend Dogtopia!

The Dogtopia staff is truly exceptional. Initially, I had reservations and only booked one care session to gauge the experience. However, things didn’t start well. During her meet and greet session, Venus, my English bulldog, threw up three times in just three hours. I was understandably apprehensive, but I decided to take the plunge and booked a full daycare stay. Not only did I call twice, but the staff was incredibly patient with me. Venus didn’t throw up, and they were aware of her breathing and tendency to get easily agitated. They proactively prevented any issues before they arose. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and care that I increased my days from one week to three weeks.

Dogtopia is amazing! the staff at the Garden City, NY location are so sweet and I love that they know my pup the second he comes bursting through the doors. They are kind and sweet and so attentive to my boy. HE LOVES IT THERE!

I really liked having webcams to see my dog while we were traveling. I also appreciated the staff taking my call to get an update on his eating.
