Staff make drop off and pick up easy
I love how easy it is to get an appointment and I love how my pup runs in with a wagging tail!!
I have utilized Dogtopia for over 10 years and it is the only facility I have taken my fur baby. The staff know her and have watched her grow. She is spoiled in every sense of the word by the attention and care they give. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and capable of ensuring every need is met, keeping the owner abreast of what transpires during the stay. They offer a variety of activities to keep your pet engaged and ensure proper feeding and bedtime schedules are followed. They even wash whatever bedding your pet brings so it is returned fresh and clean.
I cannot say enough good things about Dogtopia. Both my fur baby and I are always pleased with our visits.
The team are friendly and obviously dog lovers. My boy is still excited when I take him and recommended you to a friend just this morning.
It was easy to schedule a meet and greet, which went exceedingly well. Trsce seemed very happy with his new friends. Cant wait to start him going every week.

Friendly staff and my dog loves going. She has also become a lot better at playing with other dogs since she has gone to Dogtopia. She has become less rough when playing and learned to leave dogs alone when not interested which I credit Dogtopia. The staff is also really great and remembers me and my dog which makes things really nice
My only reason it's not a 10 is because sometimes she comes home dirty, which I don't put on the staff but the small room especially when there is a lot of dogs. Wish the room was larger or had an outside portion
Very personable! My girl, Zuri is treated as if they've known her all her life. I can see the patience in the staff and the love for what they do. Zuri has begun to show so much confidence in herself since starting here!
Drop off/pick up times 7 days a week is great. My dog is always happy to come there and hang out for the day. I think she’s sad to leave.
The wait time is sometimes lengthy to drop dogs off- would be great to have more hands on deck when 4 or 5 people are waiting to drop off dogs.
I love all the different enrichment activities, the employees' enthusiasm, and the facility itself. The dogs all look so happy 🥹
Everything is good
Only dogs don’t have enough water i didn’t see any bowls in the room .
When my dog Max came home he was so thirsty he drank full big bowl of water .
My recommendation they should have little water fountain for all dogs they can rich .
We love Dogtopia and so does Buster! It’s so nice to be able to leave him overnight and know we can trust the staff to take great care of him! You can tell all of the coaches truly love all of the dogs and treat them as their own. It’s also a great opportunity to socialize with other pups, make new friends, and burn off lots of energy!

From the beginning with the Meet & Greet, Lauren was exceptionally professional. Each coach with Lauren, are incredibly attentive and detailed- oriented. Clean facilities. Great system which includes laying out the medicine admin on a form for team members to follow.
Elle at Central support was sharp as tack. Resolved the webcam mystery after several tries to get live feed to watch them all play, and see how my dog was doing. Very clingy
He loved his stay and will be returning to enjoy the experience.
You guys are so great with my Aspen Blu. This is her favorite place. Everyone is so caring and love my girl. They treat her as family. I love you guys💕

Mabel is so happy when she's there! I trust that she's in good hands and she's kind of sad when she leaves which to me means she had a great time. The staff is lovely and all around the best place for my girl!

Our dog Ricky loves the old bridge location. He is always excited to get there and never wants to leave. His staff is great and they treat him like a king.
Knowing that I always have a place for my dog to go if I need to travel. That she will be up and moving most of the day vs sleeping on a couch all day.

Excellent Service! Thank you for taking care of our Sam while visiting the area. To the young man and manager at the desk on Friday 4/24 you friendliness, kindness and patience while figuring out the paperwork was refreshing. Always good to have a Dogtopia while traveling, helps us with our pups needs. We will definitely return to this location when our future travels bring us back to Norwalk! Obrigado!
Cooper loves going to Dogtopia day program...The staff is wonderful!! They really go out of their way to accommodate any special needs. We actually keep his dry skin shampoo there and he gets a bath about twice a month.. He's been going two days a week..Can't say enough good things about them.
