The staff! They are amazing!
Staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean, and the hours offer a lot of convenience especially on the weekends when we have sports or other activities that prevent us from being with the dog all day.
I’m always confident dropping off my 2 dogs at Dogtopia, which we’ve done for years. They are great with our dogs, 2 different needs and personalities. My dogs look comfortable with all the people who work there. I do wish there was a discount for 2 dogs in overnight stays. Dogtopia is by far the most expense boarding we’ve ever done. It’s convenient location and good people.

The staff is amazing! Always doing fun activities with the dogs to keep enrichment and you can tell the staff adored our dogs, they were always so excited to be there! They were very attentive when one of our dogs got hurt and took care of everything while we couldn't leave work. When we had to put our little girl down, they mourned with us and gave us pics they had taken that were on the camera and sent them to us as well as print out some more. I cannot recommend them enough!
We research several options for doggy daycare as we want the best for our dog - and Dogtopia was the winner by far! The facility impressed us as did Brandon and the staff - they have all been great and we know our dog is in the best of hands!
