The staff are professional and truly seem to like the pets, and they remember my pet. The app makes it easy to reserve for overnight boarding or day care. I appreciate that drop in day care is allowed. I like the webcam so I can check up on my pet.
All the trainers have made my dog feel welcome and cared for...my dog, Margot, is a rescue pup and was not well socialized in her prior environment. She has now come out of her shell more and "enjoys" her time with you...her timidness is much reduced. We appreciate that all the dogs in her group are really "chill"!

Our dog, Grace Jones, gets so excited every time she goes and always comes home happy and tired. One of our favorite features is being able to check in on her through the webcams whenever we want—it gives us great peace of mind. The staff have been wonderful with my two dogs! They have gotten to know their quirks and different personalities and play styles. I am especially grateful that last year,when both dogs were having health issues, I could count on the carers to report any changes to me, as well as help me with the many different dietary changes they had going on. They have been absolutely superb!

The staff is very friendly and Theo loves to go to daycare. The spa does an wonderful job on Theo's very curly coat. Theo received wonderful care while he was boarded there. Very attentive and caring staff. I would recommend Dogtopia Orovalley to anyone who wants the baby to have an amazing time playing with others.
