Margo isn’t necessarily a “regular” but they all know her name and she happily runs to them the second we walk in the door.
All of the employees are helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. They all put the dogs first which to me, means they are compassionate and knowledgeable about dogs.

I was very happy with the services from Franklin Village Dogtopia. My dog was well taken care of . My only concern was that she had bloody diarrhea the day she came home. It could have been from some anxiety or barking a lot. I'm not sure, She was fine by the second day home.
