Caring staff
The staff is always kind and considerate and extremely helpful. They really enjoy working with pets. My dog Walter really enjoys going to Dogtopia in Yorktown.
The thing that I like the most is the way my dog is treated at dogtopia. He is a reactive excited dog. I’ve been to many places that gave me details on his poor behavior. When I bring Moe to dogtopia everyone knows him and his excitability and yet still manages to greet him with a smile, a belly rub and sometimes even kisses. I know when he has to be removed from the group, I see it on the camera and I’m okay with that. It’s the only way he will learn. Telling me how poorly he behaved when I pick him up will never correct his behavior. I’m so happy that the staff at dogtopia know how to handle him.

Generally friendly personnel but more importantly I like the webcam so I can see my dog when I want to,
I always trust my dog will be well cared for at Dogtopia Woodbridge and he gets so excited to go!
The staff are incredibly kind and supportive and have created a wonderful space for our high energy puppy to play and learn and socialize. We are so grateful for all that they do to provide a safe play space for him!

Every time I drop my dog off at a Dogtopia, I know without a doubt that my dog is in the best hands. He is happy to go and trots in with his tail wagging. All of the staff are so kind, friendly and dedicated. The special treats and activities they plan are so thoughtful too!
My dog Vanilla loves to go to Dogtopia every day is her second home. She loves all the coaches, the cuddles and all her furry friends. To all of the coaches you guys are the best.
