My dog had a lot of fun playing with the other dogs. Dogs were able to play together most of the day, and they were grouped together by size. I'm happy that there is a webcam to watch the dogs playing because my dog had not been to Dogtopia since 2023, and I needed to see and know that he was adapting to the environment.
The only concern I had was that when the dogs peed on the floor, it was not cleaned up right away. On the webcam, I saw dogs walking and smelling the pee on the floor.
I love how accommodating they are to my schedule when things change. I like the pricing and savings if I’m part of a plan, which I am. My dog loves going there and I love being able to check up on her from time to time on the nest cameras.
You have great folks working there! I also like the camera system.

The person at intake was very kind and took the time to explain the evaluation process in detail. I could see my dog on the screen in the lobby. The dogs looked happy and well cared for and the space was clean, large, and bright. I like the app with access to the web cam. Prices are reasonable for the area.
The daycare is very caring for all pets. My dog loves going over and gets excited to get yo the daycare. I love that we are able to check in on our pets with tge camaras and see them enjoying their time. Staff is very friendly and caring. Also like the activities tgat are planned and all the crafts and pictures our dogs get. The spa is also great, I am able to set up an appointment and have my dog go while he is at daycare. Also the app is very easy to navigate and set up dates for attandance.

The staff is very friendly and reliable. They enjoy what they are doing. They know every dog by name They are genuine. I feel very comfortable leaving my pups there for a day of play and overnight for a sleepover.
Brock loves his visits to Dogtopia. Being with other dogs has helped him to become very dog friendly, but only when he is invited over to say hello. He no longer drags me down the street to interact with another dog.

The staff truly care about our pup! He's been going through some adolescent fear stages and they have gone above and beyond to help him to be comfortable with new people. I always enjoy seeing their excitement to see him, his wagging tail as he runs to to the door to go to the playroom, and fun insights into his pup friendships.

My dogs are so active at Dogtopia that when they get home they are exhauste!
My dog loves going there, and the staff know him---always greet him by name. He clearly knows and loves them too. I also like that the staff are on top of vaccinations and ping me when a shot is expiring. I'm pretty on top of that, but I like knowing that Dogtopia is monitoring this for all of their customers. This keeps us all safer. .

My Toy Poodle, Simba Raine, adores going there-great, clean, and very wonderful personnel. The space is terrific, and you can see one’s dog having the best time in a large space. He had a bath, and loved it,too—so grateful it’s nearby. Thanks for ALL you do to allow him to have such a good time!!!JAD🤎🐩🤎

I feel much better about the new staff and we'll as seasoned staff. The new manager Josh is doing well he listen to me after meeting with him about my concerns. I was going to cancel my membership but I decided to stay. Thanks dogtopia love this day care and my dog loves it also.
