I love everything about Dogtopia of Shrewsbury! The staff is absolutely phenomenal and treat my little Lulu like a queen. The hours are amazing, I love the on site spa, and the enrichment activities are wonderful. Dogtopia has been a lifesaver and has improved my dog’s quality of life. She’s more outgoing, social, and playful!

Everything! The staff, the facility, the cleanliness, the fun and safety of it all! I can send my Sally there and be sure that she will have a fun and safe day playing with doggie friends. It helps when you work full time and feel terrible you can’t keep up with what your dog really needs and deserves. Dogtopia helps me to make sure my Sally is very well taken care of between daycare and home and is very happy overall.
The staff were very friendly and engaged well with my puppy, I was able to check on her via the webcam throughout the day. Scheduling is easy through the app. Overall, I was very satisfied.
I want to say how much I appreciate the security of having visible cameras—it's so comforting! The break from 12 to 2 shows that my dog's rest is a top priority, and that means a lot to me. The staff are so patient and truly understand that dogs can have good days and bad days—it really makes a difference for my pup. Lastly, I love the fun training sessions and all the exciting activities you provide to keep the dogs happy and engaged. Thank you for everything you do!
Everyone is super friendly and provided the best care for my girl. This was just a quick visit this time but we will definitely be back when we’re in New Jersey again.

I like the friendly staff. The hours work well for my work schedule. I also appreciate that I can get my dog groomed while he is at daycare.
My dog had a lot of fun playing with the other dogs. Dogs were able to play together most of the day, and they were grouped together by size. I'm happy that there is a webcam to watch the dogs playing because my dog had not been to Dogtopia since 2023, and I needed to see and know that he was adapting to the environment.
The only concern I had was that when the dogs peed on the floor, it was not cleaned up right away. On the webcam, I saw dogs walking and smelling the pee on the floor.
I love how accommodating they are to my schedule when things change. I like the pricing and savings if I’m part of a plan, which I am. My dog loves going there and I love being able to check up on her from time to time on the nest cameras.

I love how well cared for my dog is- All of the staff are friendly, kind and caring, and look out after the safety and experience of all dogs. They notice which dogs get along, which ones may need a bit of rest. I appreciate how happy my dog is at arrival and how well exercised he is after a day with his furry friends. He has even stayed over night, for up to a week, and I knew he was in good hands. I appreciate the professionalism, care and kindness of all who work at Dogtopia in Norwalk. Highly recommend!!!
