How friendly the staff was and how quickly they worked

The service was impeccable. The project I had Big Frog do was exceptionally sensitive and they took the utmost care in making sure it was perfect right down to the smallest details. I HIGHLY recommend Big Frog!

The customer service was very helpful. Farah communicated with us during the entire process. We ordered our shirts on Thursday and they were ready for pick up by Tuesday. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Story time! We have our own print shop that we make our own shirts in. Our old printer died and I had a project that needed shirts sooner then I could replace the printer! Ya'll took my order and delivered on the exact date I needed these shirts to be done on!

The quality of them came out FANTASTIC as well! I was not dissatisfied with our purchase in any way!

I absolutely love the fact that ya'll use the exact same printer I just ordered earlier this month!
I now know exactly what I can expect my print shop to be able to produce now! The only thing that bummed me out, is ya'lls printers are older and don't print white. But that's like $60k in printers to replace those suckers ya'll have now, I don't think that's gonna happen any time soon lol.

If my printer ever goes down again, which I don't expect any time soon with the Brother DTG printer, you know for a fact i will be coming to you guys for any emergency projects!

I would like to thank Big Frog Kendall for helping me. Jose helped me get a hoodie printed for my business same day for an event I had the next day and it came it out great. There was a rush fee but it was nominal. I will definitely be returning for all my custom printing needs. Thank you!

They were so friendly and helpful. We had a design but did not know what shirts to pick and how to order but they were patient and informative basically walked us through everything. When we got our shirts they are beautiful in color and design and very soft. Definitely would reccomend or return.
